Draught @ the brewpub. Pours slightly hazy light amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with some notes of hops. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour, complemented by pronounced, bitter notes of hops. Rich body. Medium to high carbonation. Bitter afteraste. Decent.

Keg at the brewpub, Prague Day 2 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 30/09/14. Hazed yellow / straw bright coloured pour with lasting sticky white head. Aroma is cheesy hop, sweet grainy malts, spicy hop, slight floral hops. Flavour is composed of floral, elderflower, light citrus notes, sweet grains, light tart in the finish. Palate is low carbonation, grainy, semi-sweet. Intersting beer, really not sure what it is.

At the brewpub, Prague Day 2 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 30/09/14. Ruby red / caramel coloured pour , hazed with a rocky cream colored head. Aroma is caramel and strawberry fruits, belgian yeast and toffee. Flavour is nice caramel ad toffee malts, with some strawberry jam, unrefined sugars. Some lingering burnt toffee and fruit in the finish, Palate is semi-sweet and rounded with high carbonation.

Keg at the brewpub, Prague Day 2 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 30/09/14. Clouded dark orange, nice creamy lasting white head. Aroma is sweet doughy gooey banana bread, vanilla. Flavour is doughy banana bread, , sweet grains, touch of apple in the finish sharpens things up. Palate is high carbonation, creamy, quite sweet, crisp in the fiish. Well made weiss, yeast character is suptle.
