On draught at the brewpub: Stable, creamy head; mild, but distinctive herbal-hoppy nose, mild and soft MF, solid bitter-sweet flavour, slightly lingering bitter-pale-malty finish. A fine franconian Kellerbier...........

Draught Good, but disappearing off-white head, over hazy dark straw-yellow beer. Very malty, bit grassy nose, near to milk-ripe grain. Quite dry-bitterish initially, immediately followed by a sweet, malty & grassy taste, like baking powder. But the hoppy (German) bitterness holding up, refute more and more the restsweetness. Grist slickness, light to medium bodied, quite fizzy. Discreet, but actually very nice Ungespundetes.
