16oz can. Filtered yellow-tan body. Big, foamy, steady head. Aroma and taste are a little different than a typical Helles. Clean bready malts, but the hop tone isn't that great. A pleasant enough, drinkable lager, straightforward.

16oz can from Lidl. Poured a clear yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was a grassy, clean malt aroma. Flavor is like you would find in a very traditional lager. Light grass, sweet malt. Very clean.

0,5 l bottle. Cloudy golden with a more than one finger very foamy white head. A lot of banana with some orange on the nose. Taste starts also with banana, less orange, more wheat than yeast, getting more dry. Mid sweetness. Above average carbonation. Nice bavarian standard stuff.

They really overdid the helles style beers in the Costco calendar, but here we go again. It pours clear gold and has a grainy, bready aroma. Flavor is sweet and malty with minimal hops. Light bodied. It’s okay.

Can at home picked up from CostCo. A crystal clear golden coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is semi sweet, light apple, cereal, straw. Flavour is composed of crisp, earthy cereal, leafy hop. Palate is super crisp, light mineral, highish carbonation. Pretty good.

Can behind day 21 of the Costco Advent Calendar. It pours clear pale gold with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet upfront, green banana, melon, biscuit, custard creams, bread and a touch of fruit cake. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter - sweet, clean, biscuit, grassy, leafy, light herbal accents, touch of green banana, melon, spicy, sponge cake and bread with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent stuff.

Half liter can from the Costco Advent Calendar. Herbal hop nose, leafy, light citrus. Bready, biscuity malt with a touch of dough. Mineral note as well. Bright, deep gold with a thick, rocky head. Nice, crisp hop flavor, herbal, lemon. Bready malt, not very sweet, but rich. A touch of oxidation but not bad. Crisp, bitter finish. Pleasant, and despite the touch of oxidation, the hops are bold and the malt rich. Decent condition overall.
