Can behind day 21 of the Costco Advent Calendar. It pours clear pale gold with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet upfront, green banana, melon, biscuit, custard creams, bread and a touch of fruit cake. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter - sweet, clean, biscuit, grassy, leafy, light herbal accents, touch of green banana, melon, spicy, sponge cake and bread with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent stuff.

Half liter can from the Costco Advent Calendar. Herbal hop nose, leafy, light citrus. Bready, biscuity malt with a touch of dough. Mineral note as well. Bright, deep gold with a thick, rocky head. Nice, crisp hop flavor, herbal, lemon. Bready malt, not very sweet, but rich. A touch of oxidation but not bad. Crisp, bitter finish. Pleasant, and despite the touch of oxidation, the hops are bold and the malt rich. Decent condition overall.

Can, Aldi/ Kalea pack. Gold with a white head that lasts OK. 3+ Aroma of light bread, some husks, mild citrus and grass notes. Decent, mouthfilling texture. Plainish clean bready malt, spicy bitterness creeps up a bit more than suggested by the aroma. OK but pedestrian.
