0,25 l bottle from their webshop. Cloudy pale red with a small head in the glass. Smells winery fruity, some caramel. Taste is dry fruity, dry wine, pale grainy, some barrel wood. Nice experiment.

Bottle picked up from Craft Beer webshop, Parchim, Germany and had this at home Saturday 28th January 2023, drinking along with the live Senatsbock tasting again, we had a Chicken Tikka Masala Curry with homemade Onion Bhajis and homemade Garlic and Chilli Nan breads and Raita. Pours muddy dark chocolate colour with a mid sized light beige head. Quite a bit more fruity than some tonight, I keep hearing someone from the brewery mentioning apricot and I kind of get this, also it has a little BIPA feel about it, hoppiness is there but also roasty. Caused me to have a little sneezing fit, eleven sneezes and counting :-). The brewer seems very nice and is one of the easiest to understand, nice guy.

Flavour is moderate sweet with a medium duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, citrus - grapefruit, light zesty, light cereal. 6-3-5-3-12

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, grass, light floral. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter, medium duration, fruity malt, fruity hops, grass, floral, sweet malt, pale malt. Mouth feel is watery to oily 6-3-7-3-14

0,25 l bottle from the Überquell webshop.Cloudy flat golden in the glass, small half finger thick white head. Grainy smell with some sweet citrus. Taste is bitter hoppy and pale grainy, citrus background. Below average carbonated. Decent Pilsener.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy head. Tea, hop resins and herbs in the aroma. Herbs, citrus, grass, tea and hop resins can all be detected in the taste.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and minimally spicy, hoppy aroma, minimally grainy and husky, pale malty background, a touch of green apple. Taste is dry, mildly bitter, slightly grassy and minimally fruity hoppy, hints of green apple, a touch of sorrel, minimally husky, grainy and spicy, pale malty basis. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly intense, nice green and spicy aspects, drinkable - decent.
