Description
Careful, now it's getting romantic! For us at ueberquellbeer is not an exchangeable mass product, but something very serious and real and genuine and truly special. Because it's something brewed by people, not machines. Because in contrast to all the ultra-modern equipment, people have a little more passion to brew passionately. And the prettier hands too. Now, if you're wondering if all this has happened was what our breweries are all about, we can announce full of hops and malt: We brew our bottles at our friends of Schnitzlbaumer in Traunstein. Of course according to our recipes, on the identical plant and under the keen eye of our master brewer. The on-site brewery has 7 tanks, where we produce our core range.

0,33 l bottle out of a special Knaust 6-pack. Murky dark orange amber in the glass, smallest head. Sweet herbal smell, increasing smokey. Taste starts intensive herbal, sweet malty way back in the second row. Some smoke. Pale smooth grain. Children cough candy. Low carbonated. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. No mainstream.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before July 2021. Slightly hazy, amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral and a little resiny aroma of pineapple, some passion fruit and a touch of lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral taste of pineapple, some passion fruit and a touch of grains, followed by a short, slightly bitter, gently dry and a little grassy-resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Bottle from the Hol-Ab in Elsfleth. Gold with a thin, frothy head. Aroma is a mix of grapes and grain. Taste is mildly bittersweet with noticeable tartness, especially at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate but fading carbonation. Drinkable.

8th Annual 2020
Mildly hazy gold beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth but slightly thin, decent fine minerally carbonation. Somewhat thin malts, a decent level of sweetness. Piney and slightly resinous tangerine and mandarin hops. A light candy element and certainly lacking any dirty hop flavours, such as bitterness, savoury hop or skunk. Light finish. Tidy but would be a very long way down the league of DIPAs available at any given moment.
