(Bottle, Akkurat, Stockholm) Copper colour with firm, beige head. Malty nose with dried fruit, apricots, orange peel and slightly toasty grain. Malty taste with notes of toasted grain, dried fruit and a generous spicy bitterness in the finish. Slightly above medium body, balanced malt sweetness. Very well balanced and rather tasty bock. Nice one.

Bayerische Anstich at Akkurat, Stockholm
Marvellous dark amber color; generous creamy head. Good malt and caramel aroma, some cereals. The flavor is less interesting, there is some caramel, but in the end it turns a bit metallic. Correct bitterness. Good.

The bottle looks not bad. The beer in the glass also, copper coloured, nice head for a bock. The flavor is disappointing, to woody and hard, sourish and unbalanced. Should be sweeter. I didn’t like that bock. But thanks to pivnizub for the bottle!
