Half pint at hoppy corner pours a clear gold, no head, some fizz. Legs on review. Nose has green apple, green grape and butter. Flavor has green apple and apple juice, some diacetyl, a little sulfur. Finishes sweet, sweeter than you think, off dry. 7 3 7 3 12

75cl bottle from L'Epicerie de Paris. Shared with Soph listening to Live Glastonbury clips on 6 music. Aroma of rich keeved bittersweet apple fruit. Taste is smooth, rich, moderately sweet with some gentle stewed apple fruit and lovely grippy tannins on the close. Lovely well-rounded cider.

75cl bottle from L'Epicerie de Paris. Misty pale golden yellow appearance. Gentle sharp apple nose. Taste presents nice crunchy fleshy character that sees Basque sharp cider apples mellowed somewhat with bittersweet fruit. Nicely balanced, great character and a nice change to standard French cidre.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slightly hazy golden with a ring of tiny bubbles. Dry apple peel, pear, CO2, mineral, kiwi, soft funk, green apples. Very light sweet, almost medium sour and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation and medium dry finish. Very crisp and green, quite alright.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, limpidissima e brillante, con bel perlage, schiuma bianca medio-abbondante ma non molto persistente. Al naso note nette e pulite di mela. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con buona secchezza sul finale. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione brillante. Molto ben fatto, complimenti.

Bottle. Green golden, low head, busy sparkly. Farty barnyard aroma, green apple, vanilla. Fizzy body, medium body, pretty vanilla, almond, pistachio and green apple flavor. Lemongrass retronasal.not as harmonic as their cider.
