(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Mildly yeasty, wheaty and grainy malty aroma with notes of bubblegum, citrus and a tinge of banana. Sweet andslightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Grainy and wheaty taste with moderately fruity notes, now with more banana, less citrus; mildly sweet and mellow finish with shy hints of clovy spice. 08.VII.14

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeast-spicy, fruity and flowery hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and oranges, accompanied by delicately piney and sweaty notes. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Yeasty and mildly bready malty base with traces of caramel and a present hops character, including fruity and piney spicy notes, the latter getting stronger towards the moderately dry and bitter finish with a rounded malty sweetness. Balanced and more-ish Ale from Franconia. 30.VI.14

Bottle(Euro2): Greenish-golden, not completely clear, small and quickly vanishing loose white head; grainy-malty nose, some traces of herbal-floral hops underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; a bit more "hoppier", but not really aromatic, in the crunchy-grainy finish. Not really a Pils, but a spicy Helles…

Bottle: Clear, golden, White foamy layer; unmalted barley, sweet wort and herbal hops in the nose; moderate - for a Low Alcohol - bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; relatively dry lingering bitter-hoppy finish with a heavy sweet counterpart. Not too bad...or...quite good for an "Alkoholfrei"...
