Tap at Fränkisches Bierfest. Frucht Butterkuchen, nettle. Light grey golden, off-white head. Chewy very full dry.Very broad herbal and grassy classic hops, a hint dark berry sparkles, breast, rural, earthy bitter finish. Brilliant!

Tap at Fränkisches Bierfest. Cloud golden, some shadows. Mineral, herb, paprika, mellow, chewy, very Czech base, a bit burned butter smoke. Chewy grain, barn, earth. Rye bread chewiness. Nice fruit and earthy hop finish.

Tap at Ostrý. Took *ages* to pour, foams like a MF, with the creamy off white foam perching on top of a clear amber body. So far, so good. Light aroma, creamy, flowery, sweetish, okay. Sweetish malty taste, caramel, flowery, tart touches? No bitterness. Errrrr, not the best Czech lager around, that's for sure...

Tap at Ostry. Hazy amber-golden body, whit head. Grainy aroma, whit ebread crust, some corn bread. Watery, flat taste, white bread crust maltiness, very light herbal notes, but flat and dull, not moreish. Meh. In this shape and form, while showing some promise, not enjoyable.

Bottle 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- apricot, malt, spicy hops. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, apricot, peach, spicy and earthy hops, malt. Light to medium bodied.
Drinkable.

Bottle 0.5l. Almost clear, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- unclean, malty, yeasty, honey, some odd tones. FLAVOR- unclean again, neutral, lightly bitter, malt, noble hops, some off-flavors. Light bodied.
Still acceptable.
