Draft. A- Cinnamon, sweet rolls, churros, vanilla sugar. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Cinnamon rolls, churro, sweet, mild brown butter sauce. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Wow, a fantastic beer and for a good cause. This was straight up churro / cinnamon roll. Usually a few oz of a beer this big and sweet is enough but I honestly could've drank an entire pint...or two. Delicious.

Draft. A- Cherry, sherry wine. A- Brown color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Cherry, sherry wine, malt, sweet red grapes, mild oak. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O-The flavors were delicate and it tasted way lighter than you'd think. I would say this resembles sherry more than brandy on the aging and the cherry comes through nicely. Regret not picking up a four pack of this.

O- Yum, it's been a while since I've had a good Hef. This was great, wish they would can it up. Well balanced.

O- Lots of flavors going on and fairly sweet. Didn't get cherry and I wish I did. Decent beer but not what old White Elm would put out. Needs some fine tuning.

Draft. A- Chocolate fudge, vanilla, rye, rich. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Burnt sugar, rye, dark chocolate fudge, faint salt, charred oak, faint booze. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Really nice. Wow, what a big beer but it hardly tastes like it. I would love to try the first two variants and also find some cans. Great stuff.

O- This is okay, but White Elm can do so much better. I love pickle beers but this feels like it was brewed as a second thought to meet a trend demand. Good but could be much improved.

Can/Fest. A- Slightly dank, lemon, lime. A- Pale yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Slightly dank, lime, soapy. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, creamy finish. O- Not bad. Light overall. Lots of lime and maybe even a little basil herb in there.
