Let's get this party started! With some Italiambic, apparently. A few years old, so not as bright and juicy as could be, but still plenty of fruit there. Very woody, some sweet malts and a good dose of goaty funk. Tasty, but no Fou magic.

Bottle, 2020, from Foeders Online. Color: Lightly hazy purplish red, very light pink head. Aroma: Funky, fruity. Taste: Very smooth, almost creamy, light tart and light sweet, fruity blackberry, bit floral, subtle wet dog and leathery funk and some oak wood. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Very nice complexity and balance. Great fruity Wild Ale.

Not quite as good as the base beer, but still a world class fruited lambic. Made with a red wine grape. Lambiczoon milano
