330ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark yellow-ish to orangey, golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy, minimally piney, hoppy aroma with a weak but concentrated strand of citrus fruit, constipated lemon, lime and grapefruit, some pineapple, a spicy touch of hay. Taste is moderately bitter, citrusy fruity and grassy, minimally piney hoppy, hints of woody pineapple, some lemon, grapefruit, a touch of white jelly bears, some fresh hay spiciness, sweet-ish, pale malty basis; minimally mineral finish. Slightly oily, minimally creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Neither overly rich or complex nor intense, but well balanced and highly drinkable - good.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and fruity hoppy aroma, notes of melon, watermelon, a touch of pine. Taste is fruity hoppy and sweet-ish, caramel malty, notes of melon, watermelon, minimally grassy and piney overtones. Watery texture, minimally dry, repellant palate, rather coarse, prickly carbonation. Harmonious, clean, balanced, maybe a tad anaemic; rather simple if not monotonous - OK.

Fläschle (Dank am und im See!): Copper coloured, a bit unclear, small off-white head, mild sweetish malty-toasty nose, a taste of honey possibly detectable, even milder woody hops in the background; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft, quite light bodied; shorter malty and mildly bitter finish. Shared with HP. Grainy fruity beginning. Smooth, moderate grainy with a nice fruity back. Not much bitterness, earthy parts, easy to drink with a nice fruity finish. Nice Helles.

bottle from local Edeka. Pale yellow, hazy, smal white head. Hoppy nose. Malty base with a grainy touch, fragrant hops with a fruity background and a shy bitter-sweet finish. Nice and refreshing summer beer.
