4 oz. draft at EBF, Boston, MA. 2019. Saturday night session. Flavor shows tart red grapes, mild barrel character. Sharp sourness. Bolder pucker factor in this bitch!! Whoa!! Hurts the saliva glands a bit.

WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Nice yellow pour, cloudy and without too much foam. Well some beer escaped the bottle - but there was a warning on the bottle. Nose is tart, fruity, bit of chalk and fruity soft white peaches. Taste is super acidic, very high in that, fruity and drying your mouth out completely. Tasty but can't drink more than a small sample of it because its just super sour.

WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Nice creamy yellow pour, some bubbles on top, sparse. Soft fruity and lightly tart nose, overripe apricots. Light honey sweetness. Taste has interesting creamy grassiness, acidic but fruity. Soft and elegant fruity acidity, creamy and tart. Modest and not loud complexity - which is awesome. Wild and simple - but still awesome.

Bottle thank to Chow. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, oak, lemon zest. Thin body, tart lemon, oak, light funk, brett, very nice.

hazy light golden color. Beautiful peach, oak, funky yeastiness but the fruit totally shines. So nice like so many other Cellador beer. Soft mouth low carbonation, massive tartness excellent fruitiness, super well balanced. Just hits all the right notes for what it’s trying to do
