30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours close to clear amber brown with no head. Aroma is unsweet honey, musty raspberry, wood, hedgerow, vanilla fudge, bourbon notes. Taste is fairly sweet, picks up a little tartness from the raspberry, with some sweeter raspberry ripple. Quite full bodied, smooth, no carbonation. Very tasty mead.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear dark amber, oily. Honey, red berry and barrel aroma, some herbal notes too. Sweet flavour, red berries, barrel. Some vanilla and the barrel might well be bourbon.
