Pours a very dark purple. Scent is milder, some fruits. Taste is full, sweet, loads of fruit here, fairly acidic. balanced, but not overly intense.

Pours very dark pruple. Scent is full-on berries, honey, vanilla. Almost chocolaty. very mild barrel. Lovely. Taste is full, sweet, sticky honey, loads of fruit . Bringing a 'dryness' trough the sweetness. Bit straight-forward. Mild on the barrel (save for some tannins) Lovely mead, but just a tad more acidity would lift it up even more, i think.

Pours very dark purple. Scent is full, black and boiled red fruits. Taste is full, sweet with a big fruit acidity. Very pronounced. Noticable high acidity, which works really well here.

Pours clear, darker copper. Scent is very full, raw and natural. Funky blossom honey. Taste is sweet, clear on the honey (obviously). Funky and raw. Blossom essence. Smooth notes of vanilla biscuits. Expressive alcohol, lacks a bit of balance against the sweetness.

Pours dark, pruple to nearly black. Scent is mild, fruity, full. Taste is smooth, soft, very sweet (turns drying even, trough the sweetness ). Chocolate hints, honey, blasts of fruit. Bit too much on the sweet side, lacks a bit more acidity to balance things out. Lovely nevertheless !
