2024 version. Pours very dark purple to nearly black. Scent is full, rich dark fruits. Balanced with the honey. Taste is full, sweet, rich dark fruityness. intense, mild booze. Bit dry trough the sweetness.

Pours clear blonde. Scent is funky, but mellow and pleasant honey. Taste is full, sweet, floral. Bit boozy. Coockie dough aspect. Very enjoyable, but a bit too boozy.

Pours a very dark purple. Scent is intense, funky, 'dusty', overripe black fruits. Very pronounced honey. To floral base for me, for the fruityness of a Melomel of this caliber. Taste is full, floral honey, intense red and black fruityness. With a high, balancing acidity. Warming alcohol level. Not dure of the honey type for this mead, but it's enjoyable nevertheless.

Black-red liquid. Sweet, waffles' nose, vanilla with a lot of (dark) fruit. Blackcurrant, Thai herbs, honey, sweet apples with brown sugar. Syrupy, sticky, rich. Surprisingly good.
