Flaska från Glasbanken. Tjusigt mörk rödlila. Mörka röda bär, svarta och röda vinbär, vanilj, honung, fin syltighet utan att det blir för mycket. Fatkaraktären från bourbon-flisen skapar en oerhört fin balans mot sötman och bidrar med en riktigt snygg strävhet och tanninighet. Känner inte specifikt av just bourbon - flisen ger snarare en vinkaraktär åt det hela. Som ett mörkt, sött och kraftigt dessertvin. Fantastiskt gott!

Flaska från Glasbanken. Ren, ljus och klar gulguldig. Ren och klar också i doft och smak med en fin nötig ton, bittermandel, lite mandelmassa och något som nästan drar lite åt någon sorts tvålighet. Gott och enkelt.

Bottle @ MBCC '19 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As The Attic Meadery Anthelios ].Clear medium amber red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is honey, flowery honey, fruity - ala apple, berries - raspberry, honey - bourbon - vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, fruity - sweet apple, red berries - dark berry - raspberry, sweet honey - bourbon - vanilla. Body is medium, texture is syrupy - creamy and light sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. Very nice balanced. Bottle. Clear very red color with no head. Aroma is red berries, vanilla. Taste is red berries, oak, honey forestfloor, vanilla, oxidized complexity, nuts. Thick oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Great!
