. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Rich dark malts, tangy dark chocolate, fruity dark chocolate, bourbon soaked dark fruits. Spicy chocolate. Airy finish. Tangy. Tidy.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A super thick, dark brown black coloured pour with a fading tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, tart, bourbon, vanilla, raspberry, wood, vanilla, cakey malts. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, oily, peanut butter, chocolate, hot alcohol. Boozy dried fruits. Palate medium sweet, oiky, light tang, lovely.

Bottle thanks to me. Near opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived bubbly tan head, doesn't last. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, decent fine carbonation. Rich dark malts, toffee caramel rich bourbon soaked ripe fruits. Coffee comes through as very rich creamy espresso on the back end. Soft rich finish. 3 Sons richness on good display.
