Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black, almost no head. Aroma has a lot of buried cashews, dark sugars, and some bourbon barrels. Flavour is gritty, with dry cashews, dark sugars, and some barrels. Not sure the cashews work all that well. Finishes gritty and burnt. Good.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours jet black, no head. Aroma has rich roasted malt, woody notes, bourbon, and some dark sugar. Flavour is rich, with lots of bourbon barrels, dark sugars, moderate roasted, and vanilla beans. Rich and decadent yet bordering on too brutal. Very good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours black with a small brown head. Aroma has intense bourbon barrels, big woody oak, and moderate roast. Flavour is very barrel-forward, with intense woody barrels, huge bourbon, deep roast, and a touch of vanilla. Drier than usual for 3 Sons, but this works beautifully.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma smells like a cookie, with cinnamon, cocoa, dark sugars, and some barrel. Flavour is full of intense caramel, light cinnamon, dark sugars, marshmallow, and soft bourbon. Finishes with intense liquid caramel. A little too viscous and sweet but done very well.
