Bottle bought at the brewery October 2019, that would make it... uh, 8 months old now? Or 9 months, like a baby? Not only a bottle cap but a cork under it just to test your skills if you're tweaked. Pours with pitch perfect foam on a deep ruby-brown body, dark copper even, soft carbonation with small bubbles. The aroma is wet and acidic malt, plenty of sweet blackberry, nothing too harsh and ultimately reminiscent of a good Rodenbach; still malty but definitely fruit coming through the shroud. Flavour is a huge dark malt hit of acidity with plenty of blackberry; lambic for sure, good deep maltiness balanced by fruitiness. Very tart finish, fine and earthy with dry wood notes rounding it out. I'm a big lambic fan and this gets many things right. Storm generally does well with this sort of thing and they've certainly done exceptionally well with this one.

The aroma is nice citrusy orange with good cardamom, has good foam on a cloudy gold body. Flavour smooth cardamom and the orange is working well. Mouthfeel is full with good carbonation. Decent.

Smells of mellow lavender and cassis, quite nice in fact. Has good deep purple body with nice foam. Flavour is muddy, nothing is layered and nothing stands out, just a big lavender mess. Mouhtfeel is full. Needs more attention to detail.

Smells of soft lime and vague cherry, has nice foam on a clear copper body. Flavour is good lime and soft cherry. Mouthfeel is full. Refreshing.

Listed as raspberry ginger pilsner, this seems close enough. Pours milky purple with good pink foam, has good raspberry on the nose but no ginger. Flavour is bright sweet raspberry, very slurpee-like. Mouthfeel is full and refreshing. Decent enough.

Nice mint and soft rosemary aroma, has good foam on a clear gold body. Flavour is good mint that works well with the pilsner and some soft rosemary accents. Good carbonation. A nice mix of flavours.

Sweet red licorice aroma, has medium gold body with little foam. Flavour is sweet spicy fruit syrup, mouthfeel is cloying sugar. Not their best effort.

On tap. Pours black with light head. A nice soft somewhat sweet stout with a bit of chocolate, but cannot get much orange...

Smells of soft sweet coconut and chocolate, has a muddy brown body with tiny beige foam on top. Flavour is soft barley with only vague coconut. Mouthfeel is a little watery. This has the right flavours but the rest is lacking.

The aroma is good gingerbread and malt, has muddy copper body with soft foam. Flavour is heavy gingerbread and malt. Mouthfeel is too watery, needs to be way more full for me to get the gingerbread vibe. This is disjointed, not enough attention to detail here.
