The sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours orange gold with a white head. Aroma is farmhouse yeast, fruitiness but lightly so, and grass. Taste is dry and lightly sweet. Low bitterness. Pretty good.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours orange with a white head. Arima is cardamom, perfume, slight fruits, more flowers, and something I am tempted to label as honey. Taste is quite sweet and floral. Complex in the way destibed above. Certainly not for everyone. I liked it though. Pretty different.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours black with beige head. Aroma is dark chocolate, herbs, pine, and dirt. Taste is rather bitter. Plenty of bite to it. Very dry. I like it many much.

A dark brown ipa with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light coffee notes, floral and resinous hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. In mouth, a nice fruity chocolate malt with light coffee, floral hops, resinous and piney, very nice and quaffable. On tap at Winter’s grind February 2015.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours black with a creamy head. Aroma is a lot of chocolate. Taste is sweet and chocolatey. Not very boozy. Easy to drink for its rather large size. Smooth body. Well balanced. Finback does big stouts pretty good.

Pours rather unclear , very dark amber . Creamy white head . SMell is a bit hoppy . Taste is hoppy , bitter . Bit ... Almost roasted / burnt maltyness ??? very mildly though and I would think this is not actually the case, but still ...

På fat okänd Manhattan pub. Kom fan inte ihåg var jag var. Ja en Ljus dryck åh doftar lite sött, citron, grape. Lite söt i smaken åh där citron åh lite pilsner inslag tyvär. Kort eftersmak å på tok för mycket kolsyra.
