Canned 10/4/21, drunk 10/26/21. Moderately hazy bronze-golden with a small, rapidly dissipating, white head. Very fuzzy nose with cannabis, heavy floral and herbal notes and tons of unripe tropical fruit. Wow, quite fantastic and interesting with a very big strength to it. Malts are cracker-like and out-of-the-way, while there's no booze, twang or flaw. In the mouth it's dank and juicy with cannabis, floral notes, spice, light pine and mild tropical notes all adding to a great complexity. So soft and malty with excellent attenuation, no alcohol, flaw, weird yeastiness or booze. Another killer entry in this incredible series.

The Aromas are sour Citrus with a touch of Floral. Flavors are like nose, dry with a hint of fruit at the end. There is also a suggestion of hop flavor and a little hop bitterness but the sour dominates. If the reverse was true it would be better.

The Aromas are slightly mild hops with saltines. Flavors are somewhat like nose, mildly sweet up front, with some Citrus and cereal plus good carbonation. Juicy with good body and an easy bitter finish.

On tap at Union Square Cafe. pours hazy gold with a white head. Citrus, tart fruit. A hoppy sour. Interesting.

Canned 9/14/21, drunk 10/3/21. Medium-to-heavily hazy, maize-bronze-golden with a small, dense, white head showing moderate retention. Fuzzy, spicy, pine-accented, citrus-heavy (lemon and grapefruit) hops in the nose are matched by light biscuit/cracker and hints of honey from the malt, clean yeast and no alcohol or flaw. Soft and malty with great attenuation and good juiciness. Azacca, which I feel is too aggressive a hop, is here very well represented, though it doesn't manifest heavily until the end of the glass/full warming. But once it does, it throws the bitterness/acidity off balance and is just a bit too biting. Otherwise, it's a juicy, dank, clean, malty DIPA.

Canned 9/20/21, drunk 9/30/21. Medium hazy-brass-bronze with a small, fairly well-retained, white head. Juicy nose (peach, papaya, mango, orange, tangerine) with light honey-like malts, low yeast character and no alcohol or twang/resin. Throw a bit of spicy/potpourri character in there, light pine and call it a day. Juicy, dry and clean in the mouth with cracker, light pine, tangerine-lemon and spicy, green, almost herbal hops. Just a touch of lightly fruity yeast and some bubble gum. Could be a little less bubble gummy, but otherwise, this is light, dry, well-executed.

Canned 8/28/21, drunk 9/29/21. Lightly-to-moderately hazy, brass-golden. Medium-sized, white head showing moderate retention. Soft and spicy with floral and dank notes. Pretty neat little nose without anything usual. It's not even your usual dank marajuana spiciness. Just more of a lavender potpourri. Malt is biscuity and sparse with light honey and no weird yeast or alcohol. Juicy and dry at the same time. Soft and malty, well-attenuated with spice, floral notes and tons of meyer lemon and tangerine. Juicy and soft with low bitterness and easy drinking. Love all the spice and weirdness in that realm.

Canned 8/17/21, drunk 9/29/21. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bright, fiery copper-maize with a medium-sized, well-retained, white head atop. Fruity, floral and spicy, without any bubble gum or resin, nor booze. Malts seem sparse, adding biscuit and cracker. Peach and papaya pick up as it warms and breathes. Soft and gently bitter, with a good maltiness and strong attenuation. Fuzzy hops have aged nicely and the balance is wonderful at this point, with no big yeast notes, and very strong dryness overall. Citrus is abundant but not dominant and there's spicy, green character with light pine (no resin). No booze, flaw or hop twang. Just a (relatively) lower gravity, well-executed, no frills NEIPA.

12oz bottle. Has a respectable look to it, rather thick and opaque. Big, steady, pillowy white head. Tropical fruits, mellow bitterness in the aroma. Has a big fruity tone, but softened by the body. Not really on the same level as the 20 dollar 4 pack stuff, but pretty good for a 6pac beer. Drinkable, true to style.
