cloudy purple pink colo. medium mouth feel with modest tartness and decent cherry character but didn’t find the cherry and apple worked magically together. Ok

On tap at Rbabarrab �lbar, pours a hazy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out cinnamon, wild yeast, aend crisp apples. Flavour is quite wild, wsith barnyard funk, cinnamon and crisp adpple skins. Complex and beautifully chonstructed. Excellent.

Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 30.11.19. Pale orange golden. Small white head. Aroma and taste of red apples, apple zest and a hint of sulphur and leather.

Endelig er det tid for RBHD-møte, denne gangen ombord på Fridtjofen, og vi er nå mer enn halvveis i kveldens behandling av diagnosen (Repetitive Beer Hunting Disorder): klar dypgylden med fint skum som faktisk varer en liten stund. Overbevisende og kompleks eplearoma, og smaken er like god. Tørr og ren avslutning.

spiced apples pie with tons of green apples. Modestly tart. Excellent balanced. Nice spicy apple skin finish.

on the bus to Zwanzeday 2019. Golden color with a small white head. Aroma and flavor is apple, yeast, funk, grass, sourness. Nice cider.

Tap. Pours hazy saturated orange. Aromas of brett, citrus, apples, light vinegar. Taste has green apples, funk, peach, light vinegary.
