33cl bottle, 2021 Edition, Bottle number 850: BB 30th December 2032, poured into an old 'Forbidden Fruit' chalice. Brought back from a cruise holiday around the Canary Islands. Black bodied, tanned wisp that didn't stay long at all. Strong coffee grains, harsh aroma and taste, not getting any barrel aging, just strong coffee dregs. It's OK, but I expected a smoother, softer body and flavours, it's not 'boozy' either, may want longer in the bottle to mature because this wasn't as lush or as interesting as I hoped for.

33 cl bottle @ Las Palmas. Batch #2100003, botella #790, BBE 30.12.2032 Aroma has sweet berry juice. Also some barrell tones and licorice, hints of coffee. Flavour has licorice, some berry juice, woody tones, red wine and some berries. Finishes with lingering licorice tones and hints of ash. A bit liquor- and medicine-like. Easy-going and nice, I like the licorice tones here.

Bottle on 7th December 2023. Hazed amber body, white crown. Hop centric with a citrus bite and a lot of bitterness (IBU of 66). It was a good start to our day in Las Palmas.
