Bottle picked up from a brand new Edeka in Lalling, and consumed at new home, Manghlam, Innernzell, Bayerisch Wald in the company of Jude and Baz, Tuesday 1st August 2023. Pours clear gold with a white head, there is a little sweetness and a light bitterness, drying on the finish, malty and there is a bit of fruitiness. Good.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden,white head. Aroma: Not much,some malt and hop. Taste: Grassy hop, hints of citrus, malty backbone. Bit grainy. Medium body, average carbonation. Moderate to over .oderate bitterness, light to moderate sweet.

Einfach ein richtig leichtes, primitives halles Lagerbier nach klassisch industriellem Vorbild. Es lässt sich sehr schnell trinken, aber ist sonst sehr flach und ohne Ecken und Kanten als auch eigenem Geschmack.

Das Falter Privat Hell könnte durchaus „My Own Private Hell“ werden. Helle, klare Farbe. Man merkt den Hopfen, man schmeckt Getreide, Frucht und vor allem florale Noten. Mild, aber sehr gut komponiert, recht ausgewogen und lecker. Trotz gerade mal 4,7 % Alk. keinesfalls wässrig. Wirklich sehr süffig aber auf alle Fälle. Allerbestens für den großen Durst und heiße Tage geeignet - oder einfach mal für zwischendurch. Zum Abschluss eines harten Tages wird man aber vermutlich eher zu etwas mit mehr Substanz greifen.
