Bottle pour at In de Wildeman, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of wild yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is gentle, with lacto, wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Wild yeast, lacto and tart citrus. Complex and well-balanced. Very good.
