Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.
In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Bottle split at the Watford Tasting, 11/03/22, thanks to LKS. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a tan cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, toffee, brown sugars, mellow rum barrel. Taste comprises chocolate, liquorice, spice, toffee fudge, dark malts, light roast, splash of rum. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light balanced boost. Not bad.

On keg at the Campervan 5 year anniversary celebration. The appearance is pretty much as orange juice - fairly flat and no head. Apparently, they thought it was too unpredictable to can and the keg had to be shook up all the time as the orange bits dropped to the bottom. It is refreshing orange juice with a light buzz of alcohol and hops. Great stuff.

Black beer, thick brown head. Smells boozy with malt and the sweet saltiness. Cognac is quite strong in the flavour initially, but then then you get toasty malt, salted caramel, some dark chocolate. Something earthy there too which possibly comes from the barrel and lasts through to the finish. Rich, nicely balanced, hearty stout.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear deep yellow with a small, frothy white head. The aroma is nice mellow funk, light barnyard, brett, damp hay, also rather fruity, nice sweet apricot vibes, melon, white grape and some heady notes of fresh honey. The taste is honey hit up front which quickly subdues...then it's quite tart and puckering, sour white grape, tangy gooseberry, sherbet, twist of lemon, apricot, mellow funk, dry oak, vinous and just a hint of acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and light, relaxed carbonation. Rounded and quaffable. Very easy going and enjoyable.
