Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.

In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.

Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - very light gusher, perhaps the hot weather. Cloudy yellow with a neat, snow white head. Nose - the tea is faint, the main notes being funk and wood. Taste - lightly floral, possibly tea, with lemon undertone. Mainly funky wood again. Palate - light bodied, but long persistent, sour finish. Overall - good, even though the tea side was a bit subtle.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - brown, sort of black tea colour. Thin off white head. Nose - lovely nuts and marzipan thing going on. Pink snowball flakes - so red jam and coconut. Taste - tonnes of cherry and coconut just a very gentle sour or dry under note. Palate - medium bodied, creamy texture. Tangy and sour through middle and finish. Good persistence. Overall - lovely complex beer, though not so much of the Flemish brown or red.

Can ordered from Twisted Crow, Basingstoke. Aroma has sweet raspberry puree over black coffee. Dark. Dim. Opaque. Thick fluffy foamy beige head. Medium bitter with a raspberry sour boost. This follows through, albeit there is a hint of underlying creaminess. Light-medium bodied. Thin but lifted by soft-fizzy lively carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable enough but restrained, it strolls along.
