Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.
In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Campervan lost Berlinner at 3.8% apparently. Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours very lightly haze dull straw yellow with a small white rim. The aroma is zingy, lemon - lime, sherbet action, lactic, sweaty, funky, barnyard and a touch of apricot. The taste is crisp, dry, lactic, tart, puckering sourness, punchy tartness, bright acidity, lemon zing, lime sherbet, kiwi, pickled onion monster munch and sour candy with a dry, tart finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Zingy and rather tart. Has nice lime sherbet thing to it. Fun.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Nice lacy head. Nose - unexpected fruitiness for this style. I get apricot in abundance. Taste - canned mandarins and more apricot. Palate - creamy and light to medium bodied with a long linger through the elegant finish. Overall - didn't elect a Kolsch to be this fruity. Nice.
