Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.

In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.

Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Keg tap at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Orange/gold, hazy with almost no head. Big aroma of citrusy and floral hops, but there's a detectable malt base and a light metallic whiff. Bittersweet taste with loads of orange marmalade flavour. My only real complaint is the short finish and the watery body. The flavour disappears as quickly as it came. All in all though, it's a pretty delicious sessioner.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear red with a pink-tinged head. Aromas of chalky blueberry skins and light sourness. Taste is like Vimto though! Very fruity, sweet. Faint sourness creeps in at the end. That chalkiness lingers a bit.

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with a generous lacy head. Nose - peach and a touch of elderflower. The peach comes through more as the head goes down. Taste - more and more peach. Almost apricot. Drying resin/hop thing on the end too. Palate - light bodied, very creamy through the end and well tapered finish. Overall - tonnes of peaches in here. Enough hop dryness to make it drinkable too. Not my favourite style, but well made.
