Established in 2017
The Brewery is Nick and Ryan, who started the Gas Lamp bar in Manchester CIty Centre (where you can always find our beers!), Gaz from Marble Brewery and James from Tempest Brewery.
The beer is all stuff we like to drink. Loads of sessionable new world hoppy pales, more traditional stouts and porters. Big Juicy IPAs, and some fun experimental stuff to keep us and you interested.

February in Scotland is my next planned going away trip for a week of new beers, it seems a long time off! Black with a heavy rich salted caramel in aroma and taste, which lingers long in aftertaste. Lovely stuff, excellent craft, a little heavy and dense textured to stay on it though!

Like the invasive species that has dug-in to the wetlands of Northern Europe, this Muskrat has also invaded my wetlands, and although lacking a kick in texture through its low strength, it doesn't lose anything in its stated citrus and pine aroma and taste, there's plenty of it to enjoy.

I miss the tiny Eyes Brewery in Bradford city centre, they always had an excellent own and guest beer selection. Deeper amber rather than red, with a small glow. The maple is apparent enough, not too strong, but is dominant in both aroma and taste. Decent autumnal style ale.

375 ml green bottle, as Pomona Island Crusta Whiskey Sour, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 11%. Brownish golden colour, minimal carbonation, no proper head. Aroma of lemons, lactic acid, bourbon whiskey, vanilla and oak. Very sour but also very sweet flavour, lots of lactose and otherwise the same elements as the aroma. Won't buy again.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, a medium creamy sweetness. Hops bring light pine. Some juicy citrus. Bit of citrus peel and marmalade bitterness. A mild hop spice. Exits with mild candy fruits. Good all rounder.

Can. Nose is rich coffee, hint of smoke. The syrup is really pronounced and inviting. Taste is maple syrup, hint of chocolate and coffee. brown sugar, more syrup, leading to vanilla, and then a sweet syrup finish. The smoke and coffee notes of the stout start to appear again long after the finish and the sugar dies down. Rich mouthfeel.
It is like drinking maple syrup. I think I like it, but I am not sure how I am going to feel after 440ml.....
