The Brewery is Nick and Ryan, who started the Gas Lamp bar in Manchester CIty Centre (where you can always find our beers!), Gaz from Marble Brewery and James from Tempest Brewery.
The beer is all stuff we like to drink. Loads of sessionable new world hoppy pales, more traditional stouts and porters. Big Juicy IPAs, and some fun experimental stuff to keep us and you interested.

Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, pine nibble.
Taste comprises citric tinged straw, grass, pineapple, melon, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spliced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy IPA.

Can. Super sweet, artificial, with sweet licorice and spiced notes. Caramel. Not my kind of beer. 545412 251128

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a grainy sweetness. Light pine into a fair dose of overripe citrus and citrus peel. Light finish. I admire PIs devotion to this style but, I don't really enjoy trad West Coast..

Nose is ripe tropicana, grass, pine resin, mango, mandarin, bitter orange.
Taste comprises grapefruit, putty, light stone fruit, mandarin, ripe melon, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy DIPA.

Panda from Colin. Why thank you. Hazy yellow. Thick foamy white head. Aroma had citrus tartness ans herbal. Resinous streak. Flavourwise it's bitter. Rather tart citrus with herbs and a vinous element. Underlying porridge. Medium bodied. Slick to creamy. Soft-fizzy carbonation.Long. Long dry astringent finish. TartNEIPA.
