Nose is big on tarte raspberry, hedgerow, grass, berry pips, modest barrel tones.
Taste comprises sharp raspberries, hedgerow, acidic rise, funk, damp straw, berry pips, hibiscus, modest barrel presence.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a puckering spike at the curtain call.
Solid sour.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, getting on for semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, a nice level of sweetness. Hops bring cooling pine, a little hop spice and bright resinous lemon lime. NS brings a good backing tangyness. A little off the beaten track and all the better for it.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth if mildly dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light bodied pale malts, a very light creamy sweetness. Hops bring soft pine, light bright juicy citrus, mild hop spice getting stronger. Light finish. Tidy, but like so many craft brews these days, stuck in a holding pattern. Liked it, drank it, won't remember it for long.
