The Brewery is Nick and Ryan, who started the Gas Lamp bar in Manchester CIty Centre (where you can always find our beers!), Gaz from Marble Brewery and James from Tempest Brewery.
The beer is all stuff we like to drink. Loads of sessionable new world hoppy pales, more traditional stouts and porters. Big Juicy IPAs, and some fun experimental stuff to keep us and you interested.

Dark Helmet himself might enjoy this non intrusive hazy tropical brew with tasty developing sugars in its aftertaste. Feels lighter than its strength but very good regardless. On the sweeter side of the citrus spectrum.

The original Eubank vs Benn fights are legendary in UK sport. Darker purple low sour red-berry sourness. Lots of darker sweet fruit for it. Easy-drinking sour.

Definitely a first past the post winner here. Cloudy yellow-gold in colour. Full sweet tropical and pine aroma and taste, and very appealing for it. Excellent hop combo.

Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl and spotting.
Nose is bitter orange, guava, lychee, pine nibble, green berry spike, grass.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, raw grapefruit, pine needle, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy punchy IPA ... good balanced bitterness throughout.

Murky orange topped with a lasting white cap.
Nose is ripe tropical fruit esters, pine resin, dank chimes, guava, ripe melon.
Taste comprises pineapple, mandarin, grass, pine resin, mango pulp, lychee.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid IPA.

Taste comprises ripe tropical fruits, mandarin, guava, pineapple, melon, mango splash.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow rising boost.
Tidy enough DIPA if perhaps a touch overly sweet in its execution.

Clear amber with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is vinous, funk, glue, bourbon soaked oak, elderflower bush, barnyard nip.
Taste comprises ripe bourbon, tangy citric shreds, elderflower, damp straw, damp oak, funk, acidic ripple.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp puckering bite.
Good bracing sour ... not of this Vault City sweet shop bollocks for the kids!

Dedication beer to Welsh actress Peg Entwistle, who committed suicide on this day in 1932 by jumping off the Hollywood sign onto the rocks under. Cloudy pale yellow-gold and citrus juicy, but low bitterness, sweet finish. Some grapefruit in its finish.

Clear golden to light amber with a well presented lasting white cap.
Nose is tangy citric sheds, mellow Sorachi pangs, grass, herb, yuzu.
Taste comprises light funky Sorachi bite, hedgerow, grass, herb, mandarin, bitter orange, bretted pangs.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying with a tarte climax.
Decent enough for the sub genre.
