Description
We are Pomona Island. We have a passion for innovation and style. We wake up each morning and strive each day to create te finest beers on the... Nah, can you imagine if we actually spoke like that? We're just beer snobs and over-appreciators who thought we would put our (small amount of) money where our (big) mouths are.
The Brewery is Nick and Ryan, who started the Gas Lamp bar in Manchester CIty Centre (where you can always find our beers!), Gaz from Marble Brewery and James from Tempest Brewery.
The beer is all stuff we like to drink. Loads of sessionable new world hoppy pales, more traditional stouts and porters. Big Juicy IPAs, and some fun experimental stuff to keep us and you interested.

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Darker golden with a head and always fruity. It has a light citrus base with a gritty hop feel. All of which is very tasty.

On cask at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden and thin head. Nose - earthy and spicy amd light orange. Taste - more orange. Very earthy indeed. Cheesy. Palate - light bodied and generally gnarly and challenging. Overall - not great.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden amber with a neat head. Nose - orange and lemon. Orange blossom. Toffee backdrop. A hint of greenery. Taste - more pronounced greenery, but mainly orange and barley. Palate - light to medium bodied and tangy. It could be a bit zipper on the end. Overall - good though, possibly a little under carbonated. Maybe it would suit keg better

On keg @ Six Degrees North. Appearance - hazy yellow. Some head. Nose - plant stalks and some pineapple I think. Taste - resin, sour and pinapple again. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - gorgeous.
