A very mild haze on this cherry red beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Good juicy cherry, a little ripe and a tart. Some Bakewell. Sweet Vermouth comes through, adds complexity and offsets the tartness nicely. The rye whiskey comes through on the back end, a little vanilla oak coming through. Light semi dry finish. Very slightly acidic for me but otherwise, this comes together very well indeed. Well thought out.
