The Brewery is Nick and Ryan, who started the Gas Lamp bar in Manchester CIty Centre (where you can always find our beers!), Gaz from Marble Brewery and James from Tempest Brewery.
The beer is all stuff we like to drink. Loads of sessionable new world hoppy pales, more traditional stouts and porters. Big Juicy IPAs, and some fun experimental stuff to keep us and you interested.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, a soft creamy sweetness. Pine hops into something pretty floral and a little tangy. Some ripe citrus underneath. Tangy citrus on the semi dry finish. Doesn't taste quite right to me this brew, certainly not something I want to drink much of.
Tart fruity. Tropical.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 21/12/2025.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is juicy citric flesh, mandarin, papaya, ripe melon, pine tickle.
Taste comprises orange pith, grass, mandarin, citric tinged straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness.
Solid flavoursome pale for the meagre ABV.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, plenty of creamy sweetness delivered. Soft cooling pine, quite forward. Nice Nectaron stone fruits, bright, juicy, candy blueberry, a little citrus. A light savoury skunk. Crisp finish. Fruity skunky and punchy.

I have my first Boxing Day Bank Holiday off in over a decade this year! So more time to enjoy hazy yellow-gold pine based brews like this one, although there are better, it's character is light, but not thin or weak. Enjoyable in an unusually understated way.

Hazy yellow-gold in appearance. I avoid short plane rides, I'm more than happy taking a train for a few hours more. I made short work of this slightly too carbonated effort, but the citrus and dominant pine mix is very tasty regardless. Lots of the latter in aroma.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear deepish gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin bodied malts, a tiny bit of creamy sweetness, some not so sweet caramel. Crisp ripe orange and mandarin, some peel. Light and semi dry finish. Bit too trad West Coast for me.

Pours like an oil leak leaving a creamy light brown head on a dark brown coloured body.
Malt & nutty aroma.
Full bodied, creamy greasy & heavy with a sticky back.
Marzipan, nutty, sweet & herbal tastes.
Full on tastes but heavy going - couldn't quaff a couple of pints of this.

Can at home. Very hazy light golden. Oats, lime zest, tangerine, light sulphur, spicy hops, grassy, wheat. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Not bad, lovely zesty modern IPA.
