Appearance: Clear nutty brown color with a creamy off white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, mild roasted malt and caramel malty.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Very soft carbonation.
Taste: Dominating caramel malty, mild roasted malt and mild fruity.
Overall impression: Dull bitter because of to flat carbonation.
Personal stats: On tap at The Philharmonic in Liverpool, England.

Cask at The Clachan. It pours clear brown with a medium off-white head. The nose is wood, earth, caramel, roasted malt, dark fruit and a hint of smoke. The taste is bitter-sweet, roasty, wood, leather, varnish, caramel, dark fruit and berry with a lingering dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty good depth for the style. Well-integrated flavour. Decent.

Rerating at the Bow Bar. More fruit than on the previous occasion. Previous rating on 04/07/16 - 6+3+6+3+12=3.0 On tap @ the Baillie. Pours golden with a slight haze and a decent head. The nose and taste are both going down the lemon pith route.Perhaps a bit single dimensional and perhaps a bit bitter on the finish for something to be drunk all day but good all the same.

Terrible name, as most of them are. Realised whilst drinking it that I could make beer like this at home for about 30p a bottle. This cost me £2.90. Why? Pretty boring beer.

Bottle from Belhaven Fruit Farm. Not much aroma, but some floral and malt notes, taste very similar, not a lot going on. Touch of citrus. Finishes medium length. Not a bad session beer.
