(bottle, 25cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Citric, slightly grassy and herbal hoppy aroma with a bready malty background. Moderately sweet and mildly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Slightly yeasty, bready malty taste with herbal and slightly grassy hoppy notes, lingering into the mildly bitter finish with a balanced malty background. 06.IX.15

250ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal, grassy, hoppy aroma, spicy hints of hay, a cautious touch of lemon. Taste is grassy and minimally citrusy hoppy, hints of lemon and orange, a herbal touch, some hay spiciness, supporting, protein-carrying, malty basis. Refreshing, well balanced, skilful hop usage - nice.

Pours hazy golden with a bubbly white head. Nose is lemon, light yeast, and wheaty maltiness. Taste is lots of lemonade, some yeast.

Milchig trübe goldgelbe Farbe, sehr wenig weißer Schaum. Geruch erfrischend nach viel Zitrone. Geschmack sehr fruchtig säuerlich, Zitronen, aber leider überhaupt kein Geschmack von Weizenbier.

Auch ein Export haben die Schwaben im Angebot. Es ist wirklich toll und erfreut mit herben Noten und herb-grasigen Abgang. Dazu ein paar malzige Honignoten, die einen vollen Körper erzeugen. Dabei bleibt es am Boden und lässt die klassischen Bieraromen spielen. Kein Spezialbier, aber ein wirklich feiner Durstlöscher.

Der dunkle Bock ist ein süßliches Gebräu, das man mit einem Baum vergleichen könnte: Es hat einen holzigen Kern als Stamm in der MItte, Oben sitzen einige grasige Aromen, die es grün wirken lassen und dazwischen einige Aromen nach Kirschen und Pflaumen. Hinten raus als Wurzeln kommen dann noch erdige-lehmige Noten. Ich werde wohl kein Bockbier-Fan durch dieses Bier, aber man muss anerkennen, dass es ein guter Vertreter seiner Art ist.
