Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy yellow pour, one finger creamy white head, short lasting, no lacing on the glass. Sweet on the nose, lemon and candy notes, hints of mint.
Light body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, watery, easily drinkable. Sweet taste, not too sweet, good balance. Mild tartness in the background. Aroma of lemon, candy, grass. Slightly sugary, sticky. Mild tart. Short lasting finish, sweet, sticky, slightly dry.
Solid thirst quencher.

Helle, klare Farbe. Cremiger Schaum. Fruchtig, getreidiger Geruch.

Bottle, 0.5l. Hazy orange pour, one finger frothy white head, medium retention, sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, sweet, grainy, grassy. Floral notes, banana, candy. Nicely balanced.
Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, creamy. Easily drinkable. Balanced taste, sweet with mild sour notes in the background. Aroma of wheat, bread, hay. Fruity notes, banana, hints of citrus. Caramel, candy, light stickiness. Mild lingering spice notes. Medium lasting finish, slightly dry, light tart.
Enjoyable.

Bottle at Locanda Bisignano, Feldkirchen Monday 6th October 2025 after a drive from home via Garching. Pours murky dark brown with a large off white frothy head. Nice light tangy wheatiness with a little caramel and bannoffee action, nice soft mouthfeel, this is very nice.
