Bottle at Locanda Bisignano, Feldkirchen Monday 6th October 2025 after a drive from home via Garching. Pours murky dark brown with a large off white frothy head. Nice light tangy wheatiness with a little caramel and bannoffee action, nice soft mouthfeel, this is very nice.

Hazy brownish amber. Aroma is yeast forward slight chocolate not mich banana. Taste is somewhat thick spiced chocolate and fruity banana carbonation and lime. Drinkable. A bit green. Why not?

Draught @ The Brewery. Pours cloudy brown with a creamy offwhite head, some yeasty floaties. Aroma of wheat, yeast, caramel, candy, little fruit, banana. Flavor is sweet, wheat, yeast, caramel, candy, little sour, banana. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 150717

Draught at the brewery. Hazy, light brown colored. AROMA- very pleasant, sweet, wheat, caramel, lots of honey. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, caramel, wheat, cinnamon, dark honey, beeswax. Medium bodied.
Delicious.

500ml Flasche. Trübes dunkel bernsteinfarbenes Weizen mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, nussig, Karamell, leicht würzig. Geschmack hefig, nussig, leicht würzig.

Bottle:Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, mid-sized off-white head with a little lace, sweetish nutty nose, caramelly and wheaty traces quite subdued; more sweet than sourish flavour, almost medium bodied and pretty sticky; hardly detectable chocolatey traces in the sweet caramelly finish. Less sugar, more wheat would be better…

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, wheaty and mildly dark malty aroma with hints of caramel, cloves and vanilla, backed by a present fruit character of banana and red berries. Quite sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Wheaty and mildly cara-malty and bready taste with notes of banana and a touch of phenolic spices; finishes rather sweet and a bit slim with notes of banana and cloves in the aftertaste. 03.VI.13

Tap at Schweiger, Markt Schwaben - 15/07/12. Slightly cloudy brown with decent white head. Yeast, fruit and spice nose. Taste follows, a little banana and malt, sweet tasting. Medium body, a little thin, drinkable.

(Draught at Rendezvous, München) Shady brown color, fluffy tan head. Weak malty scent. Slight fruity and malty taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet aftertaste.
