Dunkle, braune Farbe mit beiger, grobporiger Schaumkrone. In der Nase vordergründig Röstmalz sowie Kaffee und Schokolade. Süßer, röstmalziger Geschmack mit Kaffee, Schokolade und leicht bitterem Hopfen. Leicht trinkbar, kein Feuerwerk an Aromen, dennoch grundsolide.

Orange cloudy color, small white head. smells Bit musty, citric, light coriander, lightly yeasty, peach. nice smell. medium body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, spices, light cookie notes, speculatus, caramel, dough. finishes rather balanced with notes of dough, spices and light citrus. very nice one, great doughy notes, quite good to drink.

28-03-17 // on a beer flight at The Brickmakers Pub Vienna. Amber coloured beer. Small white head. Sweet malty nose. Taste is medium sweet, mild carbonated, caramel, light toffee, light hoppy bitterness.

So gut manche Biere gehyped werden, manche schmecken mir einfach nicht. Als ich dieses recht schöne Bier gekostet habe, zog sich alles in mir zusammen. Es ist einfach nur bitter ohne besondere Aromenvielfalt. Da gibts besseres vom Ottakringer Brauwerk.

33cl bottle at Zuvogel, Vienna Airport. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity aroma with banana and citrus, wheat and hints of spices. Moderate sweet with pleasant acidity and wheaty and fruity flavours. Quite refreshing!

Deep orange, hazy body, with a big, stable, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of spices, wheat, dough, bread, some apricot, some dried fruits.
Taste follows this pretty much
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes smooth, medium dry, yeasty, bready, spicy, a bit fruity.
Nice one. A quite straight, yeasty and spicy Saison. Was hoping for more apricots though, they are very much in the background. Solid style example, while nothing too special.

On tap at Rathaus platz Wien. Dark brown, almost black with burgundy shades. Aroma is malty toasted malts chocolate and grains, grassy hops and straw. Carbonated, medium body, light sweet balanced taste, dry finish.
