(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Mildly grainy malty nose with hints of grassy hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Quite dry pale malt character with shy grainy notes and grassy and herbal hops; a tad slim sweet and mildly bitter hoppy finish. A decent Helles. 21.X.15

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Strawy and slightly grainy and buttery pale malty aroma with a mineralic touch, shades of flowery hops and a whiff of alcohol. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Moderately grainy malty base with a tinge of butter, cookies and a mildly flowery and delicately spicy hoppy touch; sweet malty, grainy and delicately hop bitter finish. 20.X.15

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein schwarzes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, erdig, leicht würzig. Geschmack röstmalzig, leichte Kaffe Aromen, erdig, trocken malzig, leicht süß.
