0,5 l bottle from the Mix Markt (!) in town. BB 08.01.26, so a little bit over the top. Murky orange golden in the glass, more than one finger white foamy head. Orange banana and clove on the nose, also yeast as expected. Taste the same at the start but gets increasing watery and thin. Lack of substance.

Half liter bottle. Deep brown/ black color. Aroma is weak roasted malt, minerals, and Caramel candy. Flavor follow suit with a very soft bitter chocolate finish. Light bodied and it certainly does have a drinkability to it. It is fine.

Bottle. Aroma is wheat, banana, apple. Flavor is moderate wheat character. Banana and a touch of sour wheat .Mild mineral. Good body for the style. Soft dry finish. Good.

Dorada muy limpia y brillante. Espuma no muy abundante ni de buena retención. Aroma seco, grano. Buen punto de gas, algo punzante. Rico sabor de base ligeramente cereal, grano, pan y notas especiadas y ligeramente frutales. Buena helles.

Sehr helle, klare Farbe. Blumenbeet, Streuostwiese und Getreidefeld in der Nase. Geschmacklich haben wir viel Getreide. etwas Frucht und florale Noten. Die Hopfung ist (typisch für ein bayerisches Helles) eher mild, sticht aber doch heraus. Das ist eine sehr solide Vorstellung, das Bier macht Spaß, ist aber letztendlich guter Durchschnitt. Hier wurde mir wieder bewusst, wie privilegiert wir in diesem Bereich in Deutschland sind, wenn ein solches Helles „nur“ guter Durchschnitt ist.

0.5 l bottle from 'Brauart', best before December 2025. Slightly hazy, deep golden amber with a large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, some honey and light vanilla. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy taste of banana, clove, honey and some nutmeg, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit chalky finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Solid Weizen.

0.5 l bottle from 'Brauart', best before November 2025. Very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of caramel, toasted grains and some nuts. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly roasty taste of caramel, roasted grains, burnt bread crust and roasted nuts, followed by a short, gently roasty-bitter finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent brew.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a lacing, white head. Grainy malt aroma with flowery hops. Rich, sweet malty body with a lovely fresh hop edge - aroma more than bitterness. And the bitterness is just sufficient for balance. Very enjoyable. 251025
