Welcome to Healeys! We mix apples and imagination to make delicious food and drink. Deep in the heart of the Cornish countryside, we’re a family-run farm that’s been lovingly making award-winning cyders, wines, spirits, juices, preserves, and sauces for nearly 40 years. Since planting our first trees in 1986, we've grown to become the largest independent cyder-maker in Cornwall and the first distillery for 300 years. Family owned and Cornish born and bred. Whether it’s getting to the core of great flavour or thinking outside the box, we know what it takes to make apples special. And we love welcoming visitors to the farm to discover our Healeys charm themselves.

500ml bottle. Pours pale pink with low carbonation. Aroma is tart apple skin with a little peach underneath. Taste has dry and tart apple skins with a peach running underneath.

500ml bottle. Pours pinky orange with medium carbonation. Aroma is is sweet with apple juice and strawberry. Taste has strawberry to start and apple juice on the finish. A little blackcurrant on the aftertaste.

Very thin white head. Hazy golden pour. An ok cider. Not too tart

Bottle from Purely Cornish. Appearance - Nose - light cardboard note and then a stewed strawberry thimg follows it through. Taste - sweet strawberry, very sweet and no lime detected. Also, thought there might be some more apple to freshen the finish but not obvious. Palate - light bodied, sweet and generally a bit of an alco-pop. Overall - too sweet for me.

Bottle from Purely Cornish. Appearance - pale yellow, gentle carbonation. Nose - apple as much as pear. Probably apple skin too. Taste - more of the same as on the nose. Palate - light bodied, tangy middle and finish. Overall - ok.
