Bottled 330ml (thanks Uli). Deep clear red colour, tiny beige head. Toffee and vanilla in the nose, perhaps some berries too. Light to medium-bodied. Suprisingly watery. Some toffee, vanilla, wood, malts. Ok pleasant brew but barreling has made this very thin.

Bottle. Rater clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, herbal hops, cereal, bready. Taste is grassy hopspice, grainy, cereal. Dry finish, medium carbonation, refreshing. Good Pilsner, an unexpected delight, albeit a bit boring.

Weicher hefig-bananiger Beginn mit passender, nicht zu starker Süße. Dabei für ein Weizen eher gering karbonisiert, somit weich und süffig aber weniger spritzig als mancher Kollege. Mit der Zeit etwas herb, die Süße sinkt gleichzeitig. Nekle, trocken alkoholische Nuancen. Gut. 12/10/10/11/10/11

50cl bottle. Pours clear amber colour with a huge most good lasting beige head. Aroma of red malt and some red fruits. Taste of red malt, red fruits, medium bitter hops, raisins, nothing special!

Laff bitterer, ziemlich wässriger Antrunk. Das stärkste Aroma ist die trockene Malzigkeit, die ziemlich alleine im Raum steht. Minimal bitter, wenig würzig. Kurzer Nachhall. 10/8/6/6/6/6

Bottle:Yellowish coloured, cloudy, medium-sized and creamy white head; mainly yeasty aroma, wheat and uncertain fruits underneath; moderate dryish sourish and bitter(!) flavour with a certain residual sweetness, almost medium bodied, smooth MF; sweetish and sourish fruity (strawberry fields forever) finish, wheat detectable as well, shy yeasty tartness in the aftertaste. Not great, but pretty well drinkable…

Flasche (50 cl), erstanden am Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof. - Sattgelb, gut trüb. - In der Nase Hefe, fruchtig-süßes helles Malz und schwacher grasiger Hopfen. - Antrunk mild hellmalzig mit leichter Karamelnote, apfelsaftähnlicher Frucht und für ein Kellerbier deutlich zu süß-keksartig, trotz zarter pikanter Säure. Viel zu schwache herbe Hopfenanklänge. Durchschnittlich rezent, eher dünn. Nur schwach herber Abgang. - Zu fruchtig-limonadenähnlich und zu schwach gehopft: kein echtes Kellerbier.

Bottle thanks to ErlangerNick prost my friend, clear mid brown colour lasting beige head. vanilla wood on the aroma. Yes very much unsubtle vanilla whisky wood. I guess a speyside no real peat. Base beer is fairly basic a brown malty lager. Unsubtle. Simple. Overly barrel aged. Some sting on finish from hops or alcohol. Ok.
