Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep golde with a smallish and lightly lacing, white head. Yeasty nose, somewhat indistinct fruitiness. Medium body, sweet banana notes, yest and cloves with no real bitterness. A typical, sweet Hefe. 131025

Tap at BeerGeek. Thin body, med-light carbo. Med-high bitterness, low sweetness. Quite dry, also has med-light yeasty sourness. Feels off, just too yeasty, kinda young, but also just kinda off. Little malt or hops character to offset it.meh, I dont like this one.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Puotila, 20250414) The beer poured reddish yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove, honey, banana and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, banana, clove, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had spiciness and bitterness. The taste and the finish were watery but the aroma was pleasant.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Cloudy gold with small white top. Aroma of breadsticks, herbs, lemon. Taste has that Kellerbier dankness dialled up. Certainly yeasty, bready, herbs, lemon, semi-drying. Characterful.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, minimally redd-ish, amber colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, a touch of dark honey and red berries, very weak, starchy overtones. Taste is mellow and minimally spicy, pale malty, minimally caramel malty, slightly bitter, hoppy counterpart, hints of honey, dark honey, a touch of caramel, candied almond, minimally metallic overtones; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, slightly dry, minimally repellent palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Homogenous, rather sweet but fairly balanced due to the bitter hoppy counterpart, nice caramel aspects - pretty decent.
