Can't say I've ever had a beer from Jordan. Great stuff, lovely Jordanian dates and dessert coffee. Great find, if I do say so myself.

500ml bottle from Boise Co-op. Near black pour, foamy beige head fades to ring. Aroma is coffee and dates. Taste amplifies the coffee bitterness, minor sweetness from the dates, rich roasty malts, dark chocolate. If you've ever had the Dark Chunky bar, it's like that, but with some warmth.

From a 500 ml bottle. Pours black with a tan head. Coffee aroma. Flavors are bitter burnt coffee softened by date sweetness. Lingering bitterness on the palate.

Tap at Brasserie V. Filtered orange-tan body. Steady creamy white head. Pretty tasty. The grapefruit works. Cheesy, yogurt sour tone. Pretty much captures the style. Good.

Sample thanks to Saxo: Poured an orange brown with off white head. Aroma is fruity, caramel and sweet malts. Taste is dark fruits with caramel sweet malts, some breadiness too.

Pour is a dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is chalky malt with that real ale kind of dusty basement. Flavor is more dry dusty malt with a little honey and earthiness. Pretty much spot on for the style. I found this in a bargain bin a few months past its best buy date but I think it's still holding up and it's a well made beer.

Bottle at a tasting. I do not get figs, nor chamomile, nor even huell melon. I get a bit of warmth, a hint of astringency. Mostly clean, but idk, this bottle deffinitely did not deliver.

From a 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear very pale mahogany with a scant off white head. Fruity aroma. Flavors are fairly sweet orange with some tart fruit flavors. Astringent mouthfeel. Decent.
