330 ml bottle bought at Craft Bier Fest Wien Tasting Sessions.
Pale yellow, cloudy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, white head.
Fresh aroma of yeast, dough, citrus, apricot, fresh grass, fresh herbs, flowers.
Taste is quite light, with a lot of yeasty, doughy notes, fresh grass and herbs, flowers, citrus, some candy.
Light, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, a bit dry, yeasty, zesty, a bit fruity.

Nice. Pretty light, but decent for the ABV. The yeast notes feel a bit Belgian, although too much for my liking, but there are also nice floral, grassy, herbal aromas and some fruits. Overall a good session ale, but it would be better with less yeast notes.

Draught at Craft Bier Fest Wien Tasting Sessions.
Dark copper, brownish body, with a medium, unstable, creamy, beige head.
Aroma of red wine, wooden barrel, vinegar, overripe fruits, sour berries, cherry, leather.
Taste follows this, with even more red wine barrel notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes sour, dry, wooden, with barrel notes, leather, dark fruits.

Tasty. The very long barrel aging is noticeable everywhere. Very pleasant, dominant, vinous barrel notes, which I like a lot. Maybe not as fresh as other beers of this style, but really comfortable nonetheless.

on tap at Craft Beer Fest Vienna Tasting Sessions. light yellow cloudy color, very small white head. beer poured rather cold. smells of grain, flour, light yeasty, fruity, peach, light grassy. light body, soft carbonation, watery mouthfeel. big taste of bread, flour, citric, yeast, grass, light herbal. light citric / bready finish. decent for the low ABV, almost a bit too bready / too much flour for my taste.

330 ml bottle shared by Werckmeister. Thanks Stefan!
Black body, with a medium, creamy, dark beige head.
Aroma of light coffee, sour dark fruits, bitter chocolate, cocoa powder.
Tastes of sour and dried fruits, cocoa powder, soft coffee, dark chocolate.
Quite light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, with coffee, cocoa, dark fruits.

Interesting. Lots of sour, fruity notes, paired with quite dry cocoa and coffee. Definitely no Imperial Stout in my opinion, but a Stout with a unique sour twist. Really enjoyed this whatever it is.

Old Rating: bottle at home. black color, small coffee-colored head. smells medical, light sour, some coffee, some chocolate, light liqueurish, lightly smoky. bit weird smell. full body, rather bubbly, slick mouthfeel, taste is rather surprisingly fruity sour, plums, acidic / light citric, some roasty elements, some coffee (mostly on the finish), sour / fruity finish. rather good, the sournotes are quite surprising though, if I drank this I would put it in the sour category, definitly no stout. but drinks quite easy. 8, 3, 8, 3, 14

Tap at Salon piva. Quite neutral beer, both in aroma and taste, but very easily drinkable. Light caramel defines most of taste. Quite simple but enjoyable.

Tap at Salon piva. Quitenice beer, typical Belgian aroma and taste, kind of trippely spicy. Slight banana and apples which might be intentional or not. They do not disturb me. Quite good beer.
