Clear with a peachy orange hue. Aroma has wild funk and forest fruit. Flavour too. Finish has juicy sweet and sour blackberries. It's crisp, fresh and fruity. Funky. Not very dry so the fruity elements are really at the forefront. Very good.

75cl bottle (bottled 02/21) from Etre Gourmet web shop as my beer #2900. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: deep gold, light hazy. A: old lemon, woody, funky, green gooseberries, barnyard, brett, white wine touch. T: full malty base, woody, old lemon peels, white wine, barnyard, green apples, bit warming alcohol even, red apples peels, medium carbonation, decent harmonic bitterness, dry on the palate, bit too boozy yet very good for the style, fully enjoyed.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Hay, funky, fruity, vinuous. Taste: Funky horse blanket, fruity notes of white grape an white berries, some citrus too. Wet hay. Earthy notes. Vinuous, sherry-like notes, lightly boozy. Old hop. Subtle oak wood, light vanilla hints. Moderate tart, light sweetness and very light bitterness. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Very nice.

Very good, dense & stable whitish head over faintly veiled orange-golden beer. Good farmyard - green leaves - saddlesoap - lemon - etc etc combination. Strange hint @ vanilla, making it smelling sweeter and even alcohol. Dry, straw/hay-like, farmyard. Quite sweet for a gueuze - the alcohol, mild lambics. Sweetcorn. Good carbonation, slick, at least medium bodied. Excellent. the alcohol is really there, and it makes the gueuze complex in a different way.

Clear gold with a decent white head. Nice funk and a touch of petrol. Light soured notes, touch of the funk and petrol and a nice finish.

Towering, explosive flamingo head, fast receding over deep, hazy, red beer. Perfumey sour cherry nose, young green leaves, nuts, horseblanket, saddlesoap. Pure sour cherry, perfumey and tart alike. Fruitskins and kernels. Again leather-like hints, crabapples. Tart, lipsmacking acidity, light dry-out effect, acidthinning. Head is awesome. Another Lambiek Fabriek pearl - fantastic. (And I love the double double entendre in the name!)
