33cl bottle. A almost clear golden beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of fruity hops, peach, citrus. Taste of peach, juicy hops, grains, straw, moderate to long bitter finish.

Ich habe eine Flasche dieses Biers frei in unserer Stammkneipe bekommen, weil es während des Lockdowns abgelaufen war. Die schönen Holunder-Noten hat es aber gut gehalten und diese passen gut zu den Hopfenaromen. Es ist nicht zu süß und lässt angenehm trinken.

Mein erstes Bier nach dem Lockdown, das ich wieder in meiner Stammkneipe trinke. Auch bei den österreichischen Craftbrauern findet sich der Hazy IPA-Trend wieder. Hier bekommt man ein relativ bekömmliches Exemplar, das sich fast schon gemütlich trinken lässt. Es hat einen fein fruchtigen Geruch, der sich auch im Geschmack wiederfindet. Ein durchaus gutes Bier, das mich aber nicht zu Begeisterungsstürmen hinreißt.

Trübe goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig, leicht brotig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

0,33l bottle at home bought from Biertempel Webshop, Linz. BB BB 27. July 2020. Quite a bit of Sediment in the bottle. yellow murky color, small white head. smells flowery, citric, lime, herbal, coriander, hints of oats. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes lime, citric, bit soapy, coriander, peppery, light oats, grass, herbal, flowery. finishes rather dry and light to medium bitter with notes of lime, coriander and spicy notes. Nice one, good to drink, rather on the dry side, bit of a mix between a Wit and a NEIPA. good stuff overall.

Bottle at a tasting. Loads of elderflower, easy drinking, rather thin body, med-high carbonation. Overall quite clean, maybe even too much, I more or less get only elderflower. Still good.
